The Coyote Center at Chandler Gilbert Community Center includes both a new student enrollment component and a new fitness and athletic center, a unique combination in the Maricopa Community College District. Prominently placed within a previously barren 12-acre portion of the campus, the center serves as the new front door of the campus and welcomes students and visitors. Site elements include a revised vehicular circulation, dedicated parking for new student enrollment, vehicular drop off, site monumentation and outdoor social gathering areas all within a richly textured, comfortable and environmentally responsible Arizona landscape. The project is currently under construction with a scheduled opening in 2015.
